【摘要】 随着全球生态危机的加剧，人类越来越体会到生态学的重要意义，认识到需要建设生态化人类住区的迫切性。论文试图将生态学思想引入人类住区的研究，重点进行生态建筑与生态住区的探索与思考。 从古至今，人类一直在进行具有可持续发展思想建筑的朴素探索，中国古代哲学和传统建筑中有许多经验可资借鉴，只是到近现代生态环境恶化之后，才逐渐重视起来。当代经过了生态建筑、绿色建筑运动之后，国外对可持续建筑已形成了一系列成熟的技术，进行了一系列成功的实践，但有不少想法仍停留在图纸和文字上，因为可持续建筑与可持续发展一样存在矛盾和困惑。 论文结合昆明世博社区这一特定场地开发项目，引入生态建筑学的思想，从社区自然条件、场地条件的分析入手，探求生态建筑与生态住区的模式建构，并从建筑技术角度出发，提出“地域性适用技术”的思想，探讨切实可行的生态建筑技术，以期对世博社区建筑与环境的生态化、人情化提供技术支撑。最后从景观生态学、景观规划学的角度进行了世博社区人居环境优化的可持续研究，进而提出了可行性策略和技术路线。 总之，生态化的人类住区及其组成——生态建筑是生态文明的重要组成部分。它们对于达到人与自然的和谐，达到社会、经济和自然的协调发展，对于实现人类的可持续发展，对于子孙后代的美好未来都具有重要的现实意义。
【Abstract】 From the world ecological crisis, mankind begin to know the importance of ecology and the urgency to build the ecological human settlements. The paper tries to introduce the idea of ecology in the research of human settlements ,concentrated on the issues of ecological architecture and human settlements .From ancient time to the present ,mankind has explored the architecture which possessing sustainable development ideology naively. Chinese ancient philosophy and traditional architecture both have a lot for us to draw lessons from. After experienced the movement of contemporary ecology architecture and green architecture ,the western develop a set of principles .and new technology of sustainable architecture . However there are still a lot of ideas consisting in paper or pictures, because of the contradiction and bewilderment which are existing in sustainable architecture and sustainable development.The paper combined with the kunming’s explore community and imported the ideas of ecological architecture, beginning with the analyzing of community culture and field conditions and exploring the constitute mode of ecological architecture and community. From the point of view of architectural technology, the paper put forward the ideas of field and applicability technology and discussed a lot of practical ecological architecture technology which intended to provide the technology support for ecological architecture and environment of the explore community. Finally, from the point of view of landscape ecology and planning, the paper processed the sustainable research on the human settlements of the explore community and advanced the feasibility strategy and technology route.In short ,ecological human settlements and its main forms-------ecological architecture is the important parts of ecological civilization. They have the important practical significance to attain the harmony of man and nature ,to get the coordinated development of society, economy and nature ,to realize the sustainable development of mankind and to ensure the good future for descendants.
